2023 is right around the corner! Many people make resolutions at the start of a new year. If you’re one of them, we encourage you think about wellness resolutions. No, we don’t just mean weight loss.  There are many wellness resolutions that can support your overall wellbeing.

  • Engage in movement that empowers you – Exercise doesn’t need to be torture. Resolve to find ways to move your body that bring you confidence and make you feel good. 
  • Invest in your relationships – Commit to connecting with your friends and loved ones on a deeper level. Make time to check in, have coffee, go on dates, or simply be there when they need you. 
  • Improve your work life balance – Life isn’t just about the work we do, it’s about the life we live. Pledge to unplug, recharge and be present when you’re not on the clock. 
  • Expand your comfort zone – Trying new things and meeting new people are good for your emotional health. Expanding your comfort zone is a great way to feel good and build confidence. Get yourself out there!  
  • Prioritize Mental Health – Resolve to talk positively about yourself, meditate, practice mindfulness or use daily affirmations. Seek professional support that will meet your mental health needs. 
  • Choose things that bring you joy – We all have things that make us happy –favorite hobby, music, people, activities. Vow to actively plan joy into your daily routines.
