Thank you to everyone who filled out the matching gifts survey! After reviewing the survey results, the B Corp Committee and Leadership Team have opted to move forward with a company matching gift pilot designed to maximize our collective impact.
How it will work:
- The Leadership Team will identify organizations (likely 10-15 total) that represent the respective regions in which we all work. A couple of these organizations may be larger, national players as well.
- Once the organizations have been shared internally, Evergreeners will have the opportunity to give any amount to one or more of the identified organizations before the end of the year. This will help expand our impact as a company by driving donations to select organizations that directly impact the communities we serve!
- The B Corp Committee will send out a form to complete in order to have your donations matched 1:1 by Evergreen. The form will be submitted directly to the finance team.
- In Q1 of 2027, the B Corp Committee will share the totals* that we donated to each organization, including the matching gift amounts, so that we can celebrate our impact!
*Individual donation amounts will not be shared.
