Alright Evergreeners, strap on your beekeeper gear – today we’re tapping into the B Hive. Kidding! You can totally wear your leggings or sweats for this virtual tour. Here’s the scoop. If you’re interested in getting involved, learning more and connecting with the B Corp community, joining the B Hive is a MUST. We understand that joining a new online community can be a bit daunting, so before you dip your spoon in the B Hive honey, we’re giving you the low-down. 

What is it?
The B Hive is a place where all the amazing changemakers behind the world’s B Corps can interact, learn from each other and use business as a force for good – together. Information and discussions in this space are focused on taking climate action, supporting DEI, and moving toward an economic system that works for all. 

Who can join?
You can. All Evergreeners can! This space isn’t designed only for owners and CEOs of B Corps. All team members have access to this amazing community. 

Why is it so cool?
We’re so glad you asked. This is our favorite part! So many goodies are included in this space. 

• • Directory – A full B Corp directory that can be filtered by country, industry and more. You can find a B Corp for any of your needs.
     
  • Groups – Like forums, Groups offer the opportunity to connect on a certain topic or in a specific location. From marketing to media, finance to fashion, the UK to the US… there are a wide variety to align with different interests.
     
  • Networks – These self-organized groups aligned on impact, industry, role, region, or identity are great for diving in for deeper involvement. Many of the B Local Networks even offer virtual or in-person events.
     
  • Marketplace – The “Buy from B’s” section is like a directory on steroids, allowing you to search, filter and find other B Corps to buy from. Even better, there’s a section for “Asks and Offers” filled with products, services, and networking opportunities. Best of all, a “Discounts” section. You heard right! Find discounts on new or favorite B Corp products!
     
  • Events – For those looking to take their B Corp involvement a step further, the “Events” section offers a mixture of webinars and online or in-person events

Do you need to engage?
NEED to? No. But ideally, yes. Engagement and interaction between the B workers of the world is what this space is all about. So if you’re into that, yes, please do! Let’s build some relationships with other B Corps.  

That being said, can you also be a fly-on-the-wall, reading forums, chats and updates? Why, yes. Yes, you can. You may even sign up for access to the discounts alone! And we’re ok with that. 

We’ll warn you though, that B Hive honey is sticky! You may very well find something there that aligns with the things you’re passionate about. If that’s the case, we highly encourage you get involved in the conversation. These kinds of connections are what will continue to shape and expand the “doing business better’ model across the globe.
