There are other B Corps, also in the Energy Efficiency category, all over the world. Even some right in our collective backyards! Companies like Creative Energies in Utah, Indie Dwell in Idaho, Greensavers in Oregon, and Resonant Energy in Massachusetts. If you’re interested, take a deep dive into the directory. Cotopaxi – One of Eric’s faves for cool, colorful outdoor gear. On a local level, Cotopaxi employees enjoy “in-the-wild” time, where they spend 10% of their work time adventuring outdoors or doing service. Cotopaxi has launched a skills-based volunteering initiative that leverages the time and talent of employees and responds to a clear need in the community. This is seriously awesome.
Bombas – You can (B) comfy with B Corp gear from head to toe, literally, with these awesome socks (and t-shirts and undies). For every purchase, an item is donated to someone affected by homelessness. Super cool!
Ben & Jerry’s – We could all embrace the old Treat Yo Self mantra for a day and take a page from Alex’s book by Door Dashing yourself some Ben & Jerry’s for the next team meeting or any meeting for that matter… Employee wellness? Check! Part of their mission is to create positive social change – specifically to advance new models of economic justice that are both sustainable and replicable. We love that!

Warby Parker – In need of a new pair of specs? Warby Parker’s got you covered! They have an excellent buy a pair, give a pair program that supports people around the globe who need glasses but don’t have access to them. They even upped their game when COVID hit. As of April 2020, a portion of glasses purchases went toward personal protective equipment and preventative health supplies for healthcare workers and communities in need. Bravo, Warby Parker!
