May is Mental Health Awareness Month—an opportunity to highlight the importance of prioritizing mental health, share resources and address the stigma. With an emphasis on practical approaches to improve mental health and resiliency—owning your feelings, finding the positive, eliminating toxic influences, creating healthy routines and supporting others—the conversations happening this month are important for everyone.
